The company was originally founded in 1975 as a small manufacturing company and in the three decades since has grown into a production giant with four factories and over 2,200 employees.

BOPP Film (Dielectric Film in High Voltage Power Capacitor)

DDN supplies BOPP capacitor films for high voltage power capacitor manufacturing enterprises. These films are suitable for HV, EHV, and UHV power and transmission applications in any country. The voltage range of our capacitor films is -1100KV~1100KV. The thickness of these BOPP films ranges from 6um to 23um.

BOPP Film (Dielectric Film in Medium Frequency Induction Heating Capacitor)

DDN provides BOPP films used in high voltage intermediate frequency inductive furnace capacitors. These are particularly suitable for electric heating furnaces that are vital for steel melting operations. The thickness of our Bopp films is 6~25μm. and the working voltage is 0.5~2KV.

BOPP Film (Dielectric Film in Microwave Oven Capacitor)

One of our specialties is the production of BOPP dielectric films applied in high voltage microwave capacitors, including microwave oven capacitor films, microwave therapy capacitor films, and high voltage microwave reactor capacitor films.

BOPP Plain Film

BOPP plain film is widely used in a variety of capacitors, including domestic appliance capacitors, water pump capacitors, low voltage electric compensation control capacitors, and many more. The thickness of BOPP plain films range from 3.8~18μm.

Super Thin High Temperature BOPP Film

Super thin high temperature BOPP film is very thin with a thickness of only 2~3.5μm, which has a widespread use inLED lighting capacitors, electric vehicle capacitors, hybrid car capacitors and so on.a number of electrical applications.

BOPP High Temperature Film

BOPP high temperature films are designed for applications such as LED lightning capacitors, special motor capacitors, wind power generation capacitors, solar power generation capacitors, high speed locomotive capacitors and more.

Metallized BOPP Film

These metalized films are used in capacitors, which are widely applied in LED lighting, special motors, wind power generation, solar power generation, high speed locomotive, and high voltage pulse systems. The thickness of our metalallized BOPP films range from 2μm to 12μm.

Holographic PET Film

DN501 holographic PET films are produced with an ultrathin slice and thickness of less than 0.1mm. The surface of the holographic films are coated with a special information layer with a holographic embossing process directly applied to this layer.

Heat Seal BOPET Film

DN502 Heat seal BOPET films are produced using an ultrathin slice with one side of the film extruded using polyester widely used for heat sealing. The BOPET film has an excellent surface smoothness and heat sealing performance, making it ideal for use in PET flexible packaging films, composite thermal board material packaging film and more.

Clear BOPET Film

This BOPET film is known for its outstanding surface smoothness and thermal stability, making it applicable to aluminum coating films with a high requirement for light transmittance and brightness, mobile protection films, computer protection films, aluminum advertising coating films and more.

Silicone Coated Polyester Release Film

This kind of BOPET release film is widely used as a one side film coated release film, two sided coated release film, antistatic release film, hard coat release film and other release film types. These films are also widely used as transparent trademark films, protection films, and ceramic resin release films in the electronics industry, and separator films in electronics.

BOPET Release Film

The PET release films are widely used as silicone coated release base films. Featured separative thin film on the surface, it's produced using plastic film, like PET, PE, OPP which is undergo plasma treatment, fluoride treatment or silicone agent coating on the surface layer of the substrate film.

Cigarette Pack Hologram Transfer PET Film

DN606 antistatic cigarette pack hologram transfer PET films are made from premium quality raw material with an outstanding static resistance, excellent smoothness, high thermal stability, great coating properties and a great transferability. This transferable PET film is commonly used in high-end hologram transfer PET films and cigarette transfer PET films.

Light Diffuser BOPET Film

Translucency Solar Photovoltaic Cell BOPET Film

E510 white translucency solar photovoltaic cell BOPET films have outstanding mechanical properties, excellent electrical insulation, excellent resistance to water vapor, superior heat and humidity resistance, good tear resistance and a great coating property.

BOPET Photovoltaic Solar Cell Back Film

E511 white light-proof films are produced using an advanced manufacturing process, and are known for their superior mechanical property, excellent electrical insulation, excellent resistance to water vapor, superior heat and humidity resistance, good tear resistance and coating property and other advantageous features.

E802 BOPET Film

E802 white BOPET films are produced with different transmittance and white visibility ranges. This film is known for its superior smoothness, thermal stability and coating property, which makes it ideal for use as a substrate for digital inkjet, labels, advertisement printing and more.

Thermal Transfer Ribbon PET Film

TTR421 thermal transfer ribbon PET films feature an excellent mechanical performance, smoothness, deflection, winding properties, thermal stability and coating properties.

Utilizing these advantages, we have independently developed advanced, high performance solar cell encapsulation films and applied for a national patent for this film. Our annual output of this EVA film generally reaches 120 million square meters.

The form fill seal film is produced using a three layer extrusion blow molding process that features a high tensile strength, peeling strength, easy heat seal, anti-dropping, stacking ability and moisture resistance. These PET films also feature a great printing performance that meets all requirements for four color printing in different proportions on both sides of the film.

DDN's agricultural films are known for their ability to ensure and increase a greater agricultural output while enhancing the crop quality. We offer a variety of different types, including a light conversion co-extruded agricultural film, fog-resistant agricultural film, and thermal insulated multifunctional agricultural film.

Battery separators are a permeable membrane placed between the anode and cathode of a battery in order to keep the two electrodes from touching, thus preventing an electrical short circuit while still allowing for movement of ionic charge carries needed for closing the circuit during the movement of the current in an electrochemical cell.

Production Equipment

We have established a dust-free workshop outfitted with four automatic production lines from internationally praised equipment manufacturer, Bruckner (Germany). These machines are utilized to produce BOPP capacitor film and BOPP base film.
